Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Internvest, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Internvest," "we," or "us"), covering your use of the Internvest platform at internvest.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are buying seats for a club, career center, or school, your order form can add terms for your organization, but these terms still cover each member who uses the product.

2. What Internvest is

Internvest is a preparation platform for students recruiting into high-finance careers: a live tracker of internship and analyst programs, graded drills, mock interviews, firm interview intel, networking tools, and resume review, across ten career paths from Investment Banking to Corporate Finance.

Program dates, requirements, and firm details in the tracker are collected in good faith from public postings, and firms change them without notice. Always confirm deadlines and requirements against the firm’s own posting before you rely on them. Interview datapoints are labeled by source in the app and are not independently confirmed with the firm.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself. One subscription is one seat for one person; sharing an account or reselling access is not allowed. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten into it.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy a plan.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

Internvest offers three plans, all of them subscriptions, all billed in US dollars through Stripe:

• Monthly: $49, charged once a month.
• Quarterly: $99, charged once every three months.
• Annual: $299, charged once a year.
• All three start with a 3-day free trial. The free trial is available once per person. Your card is charged when the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
• All three renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Charges appear on your card or bank statement as INTERNVEST.COM.
• Lifetime is a legacy plan and is no longer offered. If you bought one, it keeps working: your access continues for as long as Internvest operates, and the trial and renewal rules above do not apply to it.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a plan from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and never carries a fee. Beyond the trial window, payments for periods already started are not refunded except where the law of your home jurisdiction requires it. If we ever shut Internvest down, active Lifetime holders within their first year of purchase get a prorated refund.

A full refund of a Lifetime purchase ends Lifetime access. If you charge back a Lifetime purchase through your bank, Lifetime access is suspended while the chargeback is open and restored if it is decided in our favor.

6. Acceptable use

A short list, applied with common sense:

• Do not scrape, bulk-export, or republish the tracker, drills, or firm intel. They are for your own recruiting prep.
• Do not submit interview reports you know to be false; the intel library only works if it stays honest.
• Do not use the platform to harass anyone or to break any law.
• Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service.

7. Your content and ours

You own what you upload: resumes, notes, contacts, and pipeline data. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run the product for you. Everything else on the platform, including the drills, lesson content, and software, belongs to Internvest, and your subscription is a license to use it, not to copy it.

8. No promised outcomes

Internvest is a preparation tool. We believe it materially improves your odds, and we let you test that during the 3-day trial, but we do not and cannot promise interviews, offers, or any particular career outcome. Nothing on the platform is career counseling, financial advice, or legal advice.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Internvest is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Internvest after the change takes effect, that is acceptance; if you do not like the change, cancel, and if you are still inside your trial you pay nothing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute connected to these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. If you use Internvest from outside the United States, you keep any consumer protections that the mandatory law of your home jurisdiction grants you.
